The normal make up of a brewery is a single MasterBrewer and everyone is usually subservient to them and their policies and procedures. Our model has our all-star MasterBrewers (Brew Crew) working together sharing recipes, ingredients, and brewing techniques with each other to create what is likely to be the best true craft beer in Central Florida. Our MasterBrewers each have dozens of specialty beer recipes in their library and the MasterBrewers come from the United States, Argentina, United Kingdom, India, and Armenia, and our beer cicerone is from Brazil. Their resumes or curriculum vitae are available upon request. Management believes having multiple award winning MasterBrewers in one location is unprecedented in the brewing industry.
